Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Lunya pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate items are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
